Members of the Burlington community organized a vigil for Ukraine at the Sculpture Park. On Friday, March 18, 2022, people gathered in support of Ukraine and a variety of speakers gave short talks and read poems.
We are pleased that the sculpture park could function as a community resource in this fashion.
The presence of the work from Ukraine turned out to be a factor that brought people together, both to purchase the sculpture and then to have a vigil on the site.
