On July 11, 2022, Chris Plaisted came to Burlington to take back his sculpture Endeavour and to install Composition #1 in its place.
We had a number of families who came to watch and the little ones loved seeing the sculptures dangling from the backhoe before being set down.
In Burlington, we had major help from our DPW, bringing a backhoe and helping with every aspect of moving the works. But in the video below, Chris tells of driving this work to an install in North Carolina, where he unloaded and installed single-handed!
Visit cfplaistedsculpture.com to learn more and see more of his work, and you can also visit and follow him on Facebook.
