When there is fresh snow on the ground and sun comes out, Seraph the sculpture throws lovely blue colors on the snow.
Of course, the location of the shadows and the blue colors will change all day because… either the earth is turning or the sun is moving, not sure which.
But whenever it snows and the sun comes out go see the little show that Seraph is putting on.
